Since my last encounter with the shadows I have been more alert about my surroundings. Shockingly I found that most of my suffering comes from what I like to call "Agents". They can be characterized as a program designed to manipulate and control individuals.

While on my walk to work last week I noticed some people on the sidewalk that kept giving me looks, eventually one walked up to me and asked me for how he could get to the train station. Quite bizarre, because the train station was literally next to him, unknowingly more agents kept surrounding the area and caused me to be late at work. Immediately at work my boss kept giving me strange comments such as "You're depressed". Due to privacy I can't divulge much but alot of strange things happened that week.

By the end of the week I had a realization, in the past I did some research on gangstalking and techniques like V2K. Somehow in my mind I never realized this could happen to me, but what happened past week was quite the tip of the iceberg. Although the events that happened to me weren't like the usual gangstalking but they were similar in nature, as in, an attempt to drive me somewhat crazy. In the MK-Ultra program (which is still occurring), one of the objectives was to destroy a person sense of self, making someone crazy enough it could achieve the same goal.

With what motive could these "agents" target me? Although that is still up for debate, the fact still stands that I am being actively manipulated by a group.

The focus has been for decades on Non-Lethal Weapons for torture such as Electro-shock or Microwave generators. While this focus is in place, less attention is sought after the suggestive and subliminal torture methods. The not so friendly neighbour or the security guard in your local supermarket, these are agents that fulfill one of the goals of manipulation: harassment. These methods fill the brain with alot of stress and anxiety, eventually it starts showing its signs on the mind. You become more suggestive to "solutions" proposed by others, or in other terms, the phase for molding the individual in a set preset can be begin.

At hindsight the goal might be to create an obedient race of slaves, but nothing could be further from the truth. Every experience in this universe transmits data to the self. While the self is intelligent and not easiliy influenced, what if through reincarnation eventually 99% of experiences the self has originates from this universe. Eventually even the self starts cracking, the most important thing to note is not that the self is being destroyed but the underlying data that is being transmitted. Yes, these torture methods can drive a person crazy, but, there exists data beneath these methods that only the self can decrypt.

Proceeding forwards, for a short-term solution, I ordered some items that will aid me in completing a protection ritual. After that I need to quit my job and move to another city, as this will give me some time in my long-term goals. Although the latter might take some time, I have a plan in motion that the "Agents" will never find out in time.
